Once we have held the initial consultation meeting and taken a clear brief, we then put together a detailed sample board for the premises to include, wall coverings and colours, flooring, fabrics, lighting, furnishings and accessories.  We also provide a scale drawing of the room and the furniture layout.  A detailed estimate of all the pieces we are suggesting, the work to be carried out and project management fees are also provided at this stage. 

We then present this to our clients – not as a fate accomplis, but as a starting point that they can then be involved with towards finalising the scheme.  We do not make a charge for refining the ideas or sourcing different items – we keep working until you are happy with the design, all the items that will be included and of course the budget.
