The first stage in any project is for us to meet with our clients and discuss the brief and requirements in detail. 

Our role is to understand how the space is to be used, who is going to be using it, if you are trying to attract customers to the premises – what kind of customer do we need to appeal to, how is the corporate image to be reflected in the scheme.

This stage is crucial to the success of the project, as we really need to understand our client’s needs thoroughly in order to prepare a scheme that will be practical to their needs, appropriate for their customers and staff, and within their budget.
