The brief

This property had been let out for a number of years, and was in need of renovating and some clever use of space to make it's living space more flexible and attract a premium rent.

The result

The main reception room which contained a pine kitchen was completely redesigned.  The new kitchen was layed out to make the room more spacious, including the addition of a breakfast bar and seating area. 

The living room was transformed into a light and airy room.  The bathroom was given a makeover, and the final result was a cosy city centre pad, which also reflected the age of the property.
