The brief

The apartment was between tenancies and needed a general upgrade to remain competitive in the market place, and against other properties in the same block.

The result

The kitchen was refitted and an archway, which was making it very dark, was opened up to give more light and a feeling of space. The property was redecorated throughout and a contemporary furnishing scheme was put together to attract the 'young professionals' market.  The property was let immediately on completion of the project, with the target rent achieved.
