The brief

The landlord had recently purchased this apartment,and was keen to give it a makeover in preparation for putting it on the market to rent.  The budget was tight, so we were required to make make clever use of the funds available.

The result

The apartment was decorated throughout and the carpets were replaced.  The bathroom was given a makeover - by replacing the bath and adding a shower we made the apartment more attractive to tenants.  We then simply changed the basin taps, and re-tiled the room using contrasting tiles and grout to create an inexpensive wow factor.
