The Brief

To stage one of three terrace houses as a show home. The property had a large living area on a separate floor, and three good sized bedrooms.  A key part of the brief was to show how the space could be used, and the size of furniture that each room could take.

The Result

The development was aimed at families, so we put together a contemporary scheme using some up to date trends and colour schemes. We used full size bedroom furniture to show much space was available, which is very important to buyers.  The first house sold within a couple of weeks.
