The brief

To furnish 10 brand new city centre apartments to a high standard that will command a premium rent and attract the right tenants.

The result

We put together 3 colour schemes that were both bold and contemproary, but would also be appealig to a wide range of potential tenancts.  The furniture was all solid wood, and all the sofas were covered in bespoke fabrics to fit the schem of each apartment.  A selection of accessories including co-ordinating cushions and throws gave each room the feel of a boutique hotel.
