The brief

The owner of this property had moved to a retirement home, and the family wanted to keep hold of the property and rent it out.  The bathroom and kitchen were very tired and the who property needed to be redecorated and carpeted throughout.

The result

The tired kitchen was replaced with new beech units, modern dark work tops and a splash of colour in the new roller blinds.  The bathroom was in good shape but needed a bit of a facelift – the bath was given a specialist clean, new modern taps were added and all the electrics were brought up to NIC regulations!  A coat of paint to the walls and new flooring and it was inexpensively transformed.
