The brief

The owner of this property was unsure whether to sell or let their property.  They knew that they needed to refresh the kitchen and bathroom, so called us in to help.

The result

The kitchen was is good condition and really only needed a face lift, so we advised painting the doors and changing the cupboard handles. The tiles were clad over with tongue and groove, a new worktop and floor completed the look and saved pounds on replacing the whole kitchen.
The bathroom suite was also in good condition, so we used a warmer colour palette by introducing mosaic tiles and cladding to give it a new feel.
