Case study 3 – Open plan living
in Abingdon

The brief

To provide a show home that a development of 9 units could be marketed from.  We needed to demonstrate how the open plan living space could be zoned off into different areas, whilst the bedrooms need to have a light a contemporary feel to go with the architecture.

The result

We used a palette of duck egg and creams to create a spacious scheme, that was neither masculine or femine.  The furniture in the sitting room was arranged to show how a seating area could be created, with a small separate study area and also a dining area.

Our clients comments

Producing a show home is the only true way of portraying the correct atmosphere in a property and it will often typify the type of person we are aiming to sell to.  You truly “hit the nail on the head” with the apartment at Larkhill House. This enabled us to be on and off site within six months, which is perfect for a nine unit project”
