A blank canvass is not always ideal when you are selling a new build property.  Empty rooms can appear cold and uninviting, awkward shaped rooms can be impossible to visualise furnished, small spaces can appear smaller than they are.

Staging a property as a show home can provide potential buyers to answers to all these questions and more.  A carefully staged property will be appealing to view and also help a development stand out in a buyers mind.

As with all our projects we recognise the importance of having the end in mind, and so each property is designed to meet the requirements of the potential buyers - simply using one formula for all properties will not achieve the right results
