Some examples of projects we have completed...

A luxury home in the country
This prestigious property boasted many technological
innovations such as integeral vacuum system and
air filtration. The development was in a rural
setting and was sympathetically designed to blend
into the local architecture.
The interior was designed to be warm and inviting,
with they style being a mix of modern design and
traditional touches, all aimed specifically at families.

Stylish new apartments
These award winning apartments were built with
the professional city dweller in mind. With
quirky interior features and a really clean modern
style, the interiors had to reflect the aspirations
and lifestyles of prospective tenants.
Leather sofas, glass tables and modern artwork
all teamed together to provide the final look.

Perfect for professionals
This apartment complex had good sized, light
and airy rooms. Aimed at the buy to let market
they were well sited close to commuter links into
London, and a new hospital.
The schemes we put together were contemporary
and reflected how a professional couple would use
the space with a dining area designated in the main
living space. Storage in the bedrooms were
also included as built in storage was not provided.

Apartment on edge of Oxford
These modern apartments were furnished on a tight
budget. They needed to be stylish, durable
and offer some practical storage.
Some strong colours in the curtains and artwork
gave the rooms a lift, whilst light wooden furniture
provided contemporary but practical furnishings.

Show Home for retirement couples
This new development was aimed at elderly people
looking to down size into a smaller property with
many safety features.
The scheme is light and airy, with a classic
feel to it. Simple accessories were used to
give a suggestion of how the space could be used,
without giving the room a cluttered feel.

A nursery to grow up in
The client wanted a nursery that would last into
the early years and not be too babyish. We
kept the room light and simple in d?cor adding colour
with artwork and soft furnishings that can easily
be updated.
The result was a much loved room by mum and a
fun place to be for the young man!

A new lease of life
The clients were considering selling the property
but felt the kitchen and bathroom needed a new lease
of life rather than replacing, as they were still
quite new.
For the kitchen we painted the cupboard doors,
changed the handles and work surface. The tiles
were simply covered with tongue and groove panelling.
The result was a complete transformation in look
and sense of space.
For the bathroom we changed the tiling around
the bath, tongue and groove panelled the lower walls
and gave the room a warmer colour scheme, to transform
it from cold and grey to warm and inviting.

A new look
The owner of this property wanted to create an attractive
environment for professional sharers, but the bathroom
and kitchen were letting the property down.
A new bathroom suite and clean modern tiles transformed
the space, and gave it a much more light and airy
feel. Similarly in the kitchen's tired cupboards
and d?cor gave it a rather dated feel. Warm
wooden kitchen units teamed with granite effect
work surfaces gave a chic feel. |

Show apartment
This contemporary apartment was aimed with professional
in mind. With stainless steel splash backs
in the kitchen and slate tiles in the bathrooms
these apartments had a masculine feel to them.
The scheme used some strong colours in the furnishings
and artwork to complement this look, but also introduced
asofter touch in the curtains and accessories.

5 Bedroom Family Home
This property had been on the market for several
months with no offers. The d?cor was looking
tired and the rooms needed to be laid out in different
ways to present a more spacious feeling. Remedial
work outside needed to be done to reduce the potential
renovations list that would be building in a buyers
mind.
Dining room ? walls and curtains
we made more neutral, and accessories were reduced
to show off some key pieces only.
Sitting room ? here the carpet
was replaced and the furniture thinned out to give
a greater sense of space.
Kitchen ? this large room felt
so small with the central unit, so we removed it
to open up the room and added some colour and accessories
to make it feel like a light and airy kitchen/diner
The result for the client was a sale within 8
weeks, and a 500% return on investment on the cost
of the staging.

Refurbishment for 60s flat
This flat was really tired from long term renting.
Before going on the market a full redecoration was
required.
In 3 weeks the whole flat was decorated with
new flooring, curtains and tiling to the bathroom.
The flat was transformed from down at heel and dated
to well looked after and modern.

A new home extension
This family room was required to be inviting
and cost ? with some large expanses of window, we
decided to add a large window seat and dress the
area as additional seating. The space under
the seats also provided the family with some much
needed storage.
This guest bedroom was given a French feel, with
a neutral colour of duck egg blue the cream furniture
really gave it an authentic feel.

A child's purple paradise
This little girls room was to be a pink and purple
palace! We used two tones of colour on the
walls to add some interest, striped blinds added
some extra colour, and then the accessories brought
the room to life!
The result was a much loved and used bedroom!

Show Home for those down sizing
This show home was aimed at couples down sizing,
and moving to the country. Marketing of the
home was due to be in the winter months, so we used
lots of warm and inviting colours.
The style was classic yet contemporary to appeal
to the lifestage and tastes of potential buyers.
